Virtual Sound Bath Training Courses

We offer both beginner and intermediate sound bath training courses tailored to your skill level, intention, and learning style.  All virtual trainings are taught privately through Zoom to dedicate the entire training towards instilling the confidence and knowledge needed to be successful in sound healing.

LEVEL 1 SOUND BATH TRAINING COURSE

As a seasoned musician and sound healing practitioner with over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous individuals through the profound journey of sound baths. These sessions offer a transformative experience, fostering clarity, inner connection, and emotional release.

To help empower those around the world, I'm thrilled to offer our Private Virtual Level 1 Sound Bath Training Course. This comprehensive program, previously conducted in person, has been carefully adapted for virtual delivery via Zoom. The course is designed to empower participants with the transformative benefits of sound baths and meditation from the comfort of their own homes.

Our beginner's course is meticulously crafted for those who possess little or no prior experience with sound baths. It is tailored for individuals curious about how sound baths influence the body, mind, and heart or those seeking to cultivate a personal mindfulness and meditation practice in the comfort of their own homes.

 

What does this virtual course entail?

 

  1. A dedicated five-hour private instruction session conducted via Zoom, personally guided by myself, Kyle Lam.

  2. A pre-training consultation call via Zoom to discuss your intentions, prior experience, and expectations.

  3. Mastery of proper techniques and methods for playing your own set of crystal singing bowls and, if desired, a gong, which participants will need to acquire.

  4. Building confidence and familiarity with each instrument through guided practice sessions conducted virtually.

  5. Exploration of various styles in gong and crystal bowl playing, tailored to the individual participant's pace and preferences.

  6. Understanding how different sounds, tones, and harmonies can induce various emotional, physiological, and neurological states.

  7. Insight into the internal messages conveyed by our hearts through these states.

  8. Guidance on crafting a sequence of harmonies and melodies.

Is it necessary to have musical experience to take this training?

 

Absolutely not. I will personally convey the necessary musical theory during your training.

 

Do I need my own set of instruments for the training?

 

Yes, participants will need to have their own set of crystal singing bowls (preferably a set of 7) and, if desired, a gong. We provide guidance on acquiring these instruments prior to the start of the training.

 

How long is the virtual session?

The virtual training session will be conducted over a dedicated five-hour period, with breaks provided as needed.

 

Are there specific dates we can take the training on?

We offer flexibility in scheduling virtual training sessions to accommodate your availability. Upon registration, our team will work with you to determine the most suitable date and time for your training session.

 

How much is the training?

 

The total tuition for our Level 1 Sound Bath Training is $800.

 

What if I have a spouse, partner, or friend that wants to take the training with me?

 

Certainly! Learning together can be a rewarding bonding experience. We offer a special rate of $700 per person if you both choose to take it together.

 

Why is the certificate optional?

 

While some may claim that certification is mandatory for sound healing practice, we believe in transparency. To enroll in this course is a commitment to self-improvement and spiritual growth. However, we understand that, for some, a certificate of completion is a testament to their dedication. Certain individuals or establishments may require certification to host public sound events, and our Level 2 Sound Healer Training Course prepares you for this, culminating in a Sound Healer Certificate upon completion.

 

Do I need to complete Level 1 in order to take Level 2?

 

If you have little to no experience with sound baths, Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2. If you have already completed an introductory in-person sound bath course, please contact us directly to discuss whether it fulfills the prerequisite requirement for Level 2.

This immersive one-day program, previously conducted in person, is meticulously adapted for virtual delivery via Zoom. Led by myself, Kyle Lam, with over a decade of experience in music and crafting sound bath events across Southern California, this course is tailored to nurture the next generation of sound practitioners.

Our intermediate course is tailored for those who have successfully completed our Level 1 Sound Bath Training Course and are now ready to apply their knowledge by producing sound bath experiences for both individuals and groups of all sizes in public and private settings.

 

What does this course entail?

 

  1. Seven hours of personalized private instruction and guidance directly from myself, Kyle Lam, conducted via Zoom.

  2. A pre-training consultation call via Zoom to align on your intentions, prior experience, and expectations.

  3. Assistance in curating and crafting a unique sound sequence based on the instruments you acquire for the course, empowering you to produce sound baths confidently on your own.

  4. Learning how to combine various notes, octaves, and tones to create unique melodies aligned with your personal style and instrument selection.

  5. Developing an understanding about rhythm and sound placement to ensure your sound bath flows seamlessly both musically and meditatively.

  6. Discovering how to connect with your clients or groups through each instrument, facilitating healing sessions tailored to their needs in both public and private settings.

  7. Introduction to the distinctions between facilitating for private individuals, private groups, and public audiences.

  8. Complimentary 1-hour follow-up session to review their crafted sound sequence, receive advice, and share critique for further refinement.

Who should take this course?

​

Anyone who has either successfully completed either our Level 1 Sound Bath Training course or another Level 1 training course and wishes to elevate their training, or individuals with basic training in sound bath production. Our Level 2 Sound Healer Training is ideal for instructors, coaches, teachers, practitioners, or anyone aspiring to incorporate sound baths into their offerings.

 

May I take your Level 2 course if I already have some experience with sound baths, but have not taken your Level 1 Sound Bath Training course?

Do we need our own set of instruments?


Yes, participants will need to acquire their own set of instruments prior to the virtual training session. This will enable you to craft a unique sound sequence based on your instrument selection during the training.

Where and what time frame will the training be held?


The virtual training will be conducted via Zoom for a 7 hour period, generally from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, allowing for breaks as needed.

Are there specific dates we can take the training on?

 

Typically, we offer maximum flexibility on weekdays and can accommodate weekend requests with advance notice.

How much is the training?

 

The total tuition for our Virtual Level 2 Sound Healer Training is $1200.

 

What if I want to take Level 1 and Level 2 together?

 

Certainly! We offer a package rate of $1750 if you book both virtual courses together. We recommend spacing out the two training dates to allow adequate time for practicing the techniques and methods taught in Level 1, ensuring your comfort before diving into Level 2.

 

What if I have a spouse, partner, or friend that wants to take the training with me?

 

Our Level 2 training is designed for one-on-one instruction to ensure the quality of training.  However, if you are a duo planning on facilitating together, we have a special date of $1000 per person for our Level 2 training.

 

Is there any type of mentorship that includes post training?

 

Participants in the virtual Level 2 Sound Healer Training Course will also receive a complimentary 1-hour follow-up session to review their crafted sound sequence, receive advice, and share critique for further refinement.

 

Stay tuned for our upcoming Level 3 Advanced Sound Practitioner Mentorship program, which will offer 3 or 6-month programs. This mentorship will focus on the business aspects of sound bath productions and fine-tuning the quality of the experiences you provide for your clients and community.
